Applications:
SZR series hot ore screen is mainly used for screening operation in metallurgical sintering process, or for materials distribution between sintering machine and cooling equipment.
1.In order to reduce the impact of materials to sieve plate, the feeding drop at feeding end of screen box must not be more than 500mm, and its feeding direction should be consistent with direction of materials on the screen.
2.The heat isolation devices ( water jacket heat isolator or heat isolation plate) should be installed between the vibrator and screen surface to reduce the impact of thermal radiation to vibrator caused by sinter as so to guarantee the vibrator work at admissible temperature.
3.As the temperature of materials is 500~1000℃, and the screen frame allows only 300~500℃, so the cooling system via exhausting or ventilation should be considered between sieve, material return funnel and beam wall.
4.Funnel, ventilation hood and heat isolation device should not be fixed on the screen, the gap not less than 50mm must be considered between screen and vibrator.

工作原理
Working principles of main parts:
1. Installed in sit mode, SZR series hot ore screen adopts the double shaft vibrator. The two shafts of vibrator are driven by the two motors respectively to have inverse and self synchronous rotation in order to produce the linear vibration on screen box. The motors mounted on fixed frame of screen box side have no vibration during operation.
2. The motors and the two double shaft vibrators are connected by universal coupling, which has function of angle and length compensation as that to meet the relative displacement of motors and exciters during operation.
3. Since SZR series hot ore screen is equipped with secondary vibration isolation system, it has low dynamic load on foundations. It’s suitable for applications where the vibration is reduced by baffles and the height for installation permits.
4. The side plate and beam of SZR type screen are fabricated by high quality heat resistant stainless steel (or high quality heat resistant steel plates). The ring groove rivets, used for connections between main board, side plate & beam are very fastening and reliable.
