Disk feeder
Introduction:
1.DK and DB disk feeders are widely used feeders, which transmit the material from the container to the material receiving equipment through the rotating disk and adjustable scraper with the help of the material flowability.

It can be applied to the material which is not viscous with poor flowability.

Features:
1. Simple structure, reliable performance and esay adjustment.
2. It is equipped with the torque limited hydraulic coupling. It can start with full load and has overload protection.

4. The maxium feeding capacity can reach 1200t/hour (coal).
5. DK and DB disk feeders are preferred by cement factory, chemistry, power plant ect. And it is also can be feeding equipment for the non-viscous material. This kind of feeder has hanging structure.
6. DB disk feeder has the closed structure which can prevent dirt and dust. But the adjustment can only be done in the inner shell but is not intuitive. While DK disk feeder has the open structure, which is applied for the material with less dust. The operation and adjustment are intuitive.
